Dr. Andrea Fleischman is an occupational therapist, educator, and healthcare leader with over a decade of experience specializing in neurological rehabilitation and complex, chronic conditions. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, academic leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to her work, with a strong focus on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care that is both innovative and accessible.

Dr. Fleischman serves as an Assistant Professor in the Occupational Therapy Department at Creighton University’s Phoenix campus, where she is deeply committed to developing the next generation of clinicians. Her teaching emphasizes clinical reasoning, hands-on application, and the integration of evidence into practice, with a particular focus on physical agent modalities and neurologic rehabilitation. She is known for fostering ethical, compassionate, and highly skilled practitioners.

In addition to her academic role, Dr. Fleischman is the founder of neurOT, a concierge occupational therapy service designed to reduce barriers to care by meeting clients where they are—whether in their homes or community environments. Through neurOT, she delivers high-level neurological rehabilitation with an emphasis on functional recovery, neuroplasticity, and individualized treatment planning.
